Shows up here but not there

We are using CoolMenus v3.02. They show up fine on our homepage and other sub pages. http://www.sellingpower.com

I am trying to create a new page using CSS based design. http://www.sellingpower.com/test/Inc...n_template.asp
The menu code is almost identical except for the positioning settings. However, the menus do not appear on the new page. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have adjusted the javascript in the new page such that it matches the javascript in the homepage. The menu shows up in IE in the wrong place and the submenus are all left aligned unlike the hompage where they appear below the top menu. The menu still does not show up in FireFox.

I am at a complete loss.
