some users have a problem while using the coolmenu

Hi,
We have a website http://pr.emmauscollege.nl and it's built by WIS (www.wis.nl)
But I'm having a huge problem with this menu. Some of my visitors are complaining that the menu does nothing for them! They can click till they get grey hair, but nothing happens.

Could someone check out our site and tell us what might be wrong?

I would really appriciate it, cause the WIS guys will not even take us seriously!

I tried your website in IE6 and Firefox 1.5 and see no problems with the menus. They slide out to the right.

Hi,
it's impossible to find out whether your website is working correctly or not because your server is reacting so slowly that all my browsers timed out after a while. So, could you first speed up your internet connection, otherwise it doesn't matter if your menu is working correctly or not.
