Coolmenus4 frames include script

I'm using coolmenus4 frames version. I needed include the menus_frame.js file in all content pages is there any avoid this. I would like to use single js file which I'll include in menu.htm file. I won't want include anyscript related to coolmenus in other pages. Can any one help me out regarding this.

Ignore this i did some thign to solve this by making include script dynamically
