DHTML issues in Firefox

Hello,
I have recently begun working on www.exim.gov. The dhtml menus work fine with IE6 and 7. In Firefox, however, they work fine on the main page of the site, but do not work on internal pages. The javascript files are the same, however. Any ideas about where the problem may lie just looking at the behavior in the browsers?
