CM4 SubMenus not getting in mainframe

Hi.. All,

Can any one solve my problem. I'm Using CM4

Let me first tell you about the page i have designed:

My page is an three frame page, lets see:

frmHead
frmMain
FrmMain again redirected to some frameset page whcihc contains into 2 frames frmLeft and frmRight (Some cases)

sub Menus are not getting in both frames? Any solution?

In all other cases its working corrctly.
