menu overlapping second frame

I have 2 frames - FrameAbove and FrameBelow.
I have created a menu using Coolmenus4 on FrameAbove.But the dropdown submenu is hidden as it is overlapped by FrameBelow.I want the FrameBelow to remain at its position,but the menu shouldnot be hidden.
