Making Menus Expand OnClick vs. OnMouseover

I recently upgraded an old site from Cool Menus 3 to 4.

My version 3 menus would expand only when the user clicked on a selection, versus automatically expanding when the user mouses over the selection, as in version 4.

Is there a setting to change this in version 4?
