Verbatim-Europe.com menus

[custommadename]

I've been trying to imitate the sliding effect that the Verbatim-Europe.com menus have, and I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Where can I start looking to find this out? I've already pulled out their 2 .js references and their 2 .css references. Here are those links:

The key seems to be in menu_addins.js and perhaps some CSS.
