Expanding Banners

I need help on this. Making an expanding banner on a gif format is on this tutorial, however i cant seem to place a flash banner to expand instead of using the expanded gif banner..if any dhtml experts out there see's this maybe you could help me on this. i badly need this to execute it properly in my site..thanx..
