Using Iframes

I tried "Iframes" on the search but it times out. Maybe someone here can answer my question.

I can call an iframe as the target, but there is a distortion of the submenus where it crosses over to the iframe just below it. I do not get this distortion with a CSS based menu. It is slight only but annoying. Any suggestions?
