Problems viewing flash in Netscape 7.2 & 8.0

I have encountered the problem of downloading latest versions of Quicktime to find that it interferes with my ability to view "flash" audio and video. This has happened to me a couple of times and I have resorted in calling Netscape and spending $19.95 to fix it. I want to share what to do if this problems occurs.

Go to MY COMPUTER
Open Netscape browser and Netscape
Delete plug in folders in both Netscape and Netscape Browser
Open Internet Explorer and type in oldapps.com
Go down to Utilities and open Flash Player 9.0.16 and save it to the desktop
( if you can't find it there, type it into Google until you find the download link)
Close Internet Explorer and install Flash Player from Desktop
Open up Netscape and Flash should be operational
