Anyone got experience using WEFT?
What are the pros and cons? Any good examples? Thanks! |

Hi,
I've used WEFT but that was almost two years ago. the .eot fonts worked (then) only on IE and not on any other browser. .pfr fonts by Bitstream work for netscape i guess. Don't know about moz/fb. [url="http://chris.dzygn.com/"]Chris[/url:vw2uxes478] uses .eot fonts. |

It's a pain - don't use it unless you have to.
You need to configure the EOT file to work for each and every URL in use. What a nightmare! -- Regards, Tim Scarfe <tim@developer-x.com> http://www.developer-x.com |

So I'll have to stick to making pictures if someone insist on using a special font?

Yeah well you can probably use text primarily to make your site accessible then use CSS or JS to put in images instead over the top if the client has it enabled.

But I still have to make all the images. .Much easier to make a text-correction if I didn't had to use images. |
